Ils se sont fragment\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Aujourd\u2019hui, un r\u00f4le combine :<\/p><ul><li>Des comp\u00e9tences techniques qui se mettent \u00e0 jour tous les quelques mois.<\/li><li>Des outils qui n\u2019existaient pas l\u2019an dernier.<\/li><li>Des soft skills devenues critiques<\/li><li>Et, de plus en plus, une culture IA attendue par d\u00e9faut<\/li><\/ul><p>En parall\u00e8le, les CV sont devenus plus longs, plus propres, mieux r\u00e9dig\u00e9s\u2026<br \/>mais <strong>moins pr\u00e9dictifs.<\/strong><\/p><p>Pas seulement parce que les candidats exag\u00e8rent<br \/>mais aussi parce que <strong>le rapport signal \/ bruit s\u2019est effondr\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p><p>Deux candidats peuvent sembler identiques sur le papier et produire des r\u00e9sultats radicalement diff\u00e9rents sur le terrain.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f07a99a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f07a99a\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Quand un recrutement \u00e9choue aujourd\u2019hui, ce n\u2019est presque jamais visible imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p><p>Le candidat a r\u00e9ussi les entretiens.<br \/>Le CV \u00e9tait solide.<br \/>Les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences \u00e9taient bonnes.<\/p><p>Mais quelques mois plus tard :<\/p><ul><li>La performance ne suit pas<\/li><li>L\u2019adaptation est lente<\/li><li>La mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences est douloureuse<\/li><li>Les \u00e9quipes compensent en silence<\/li><\/ul><p>Ce ne sont pas de \u201cmauvaises recrues\u201d, ce sont des <strong>recrutements mal \u00e9valu\u00e9s.<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Et en 2026, la mauvaise \u00e9valuation co\u00fbtera plus cher que \/><\/em>\u00c0 :\u00a0<em>\u00ab Peut-il r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes que nous avons maintenant ? \u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 que le <strong>recrutement bas\u00e9 sur les comp\u00e9tences (skills-based hiring)<\/strong> cesse d\u2019\u00eatre une tendance et devient une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Non pas pour supprimer le CV ou l\u2019entretien, mais pour <strong>ancrer les d\u00e9cisions dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e3ec0c5 elementor-widget concrets.<\/li><li>L\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 et la vitesse d\u2019apprentissage.<\/li><\/ul><p>Les d\u00e9cisions reposent trop sur l\u2019intuition.<\/p><p>Et l\u2019intuition ne passe pas \u00e0 r\u00e9ussiront ne recruteront pas forc\u00e9ment plus vite.<br \/>Elles recruteront <strong>plus justement<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Elles passeront moins de temps \u00e0 deviner,<br \/>moins de temps \u00e0 corriger des erreurs,<br \/>et plus de temps \u00e0 construire des \u00e9quipes performantes.<\/p><p>Le recrutement n\u2019est pas cass\u00e9.<br \/>Mais il est en train d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9\u00e9crit discr\u00e8tement et progressivement.<\/p><p>Et celles et ceux qui s\u2019adaptent t\u00f4t ne recruteront pas seulement mieux.<br \/>Ils construiront des organisations plus
