  • Log and Technical Data: Retained for a maximum period of 12 months.

After these periods, your personal data will either be permanently deleted or anonymized for statistical purposes.

Your personal data is securely hosted and stored on Microsoft Azure servers located in the European Union.
As the “provider” (TestoHire SARL) operates from Tunisia, accessing, processing, or transferring your personal data to or from Tunisia is conducted in full compliance with applicable data protection laws (including Tunisian law and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). We implement appropriate technical and contractual safeguards (including data encryption and strict security measures) to ensure a high and adequate level of protection for any data transfers occurring outside the European Union or Tunisia.

 

9. Children’s Privacy

 

TestoHire is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. If we inadvertently collect personal information from a child under 18, we will take prompt action to delete it.
