TestoHire is a platform owned by TestoHire SARL, hereinafter referred to as the “provider” in the remainder of these Terms and Conditions.

By accessing and using the TestoHire platform, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Overview of Services
TestoHire is an online platform facilitating candidate assessments and testing. By using its services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms set forth herein.

3. User Accounts
To access certain features of TestoHire, users may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to the provider as soon as possible.

4. Fees and Payments
Fees for TestoHire services are detailed in our pricing section. By using our services, you agree to pay all associated fees according to our billing conditions. Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • User Cancellation: You may request the cancellation of your account or subscription at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.
  • Effective Date: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to services will remain active until the end of any already paid period.
  • Non-refundable Credits & Tests: Prepaid points or unused test credits are non-refundable and non-transferable upon cancellation initiated by the user.
  • Cancellation for Non-Payment or Breach: The provider reserves the right to immediately cancel service access in cases of breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, or persistent non-payment.

6. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of user information. Your use of TestoHire implies your consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

All content and intellectual property on TestoHire, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform without express written authorization.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TestoHire provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided on our platform. The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our services.

10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the provider or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be resolved in accordance with Tunisian law before the competent courts of Tunis.

14. Billing Conditions
By using TestoHire services, you agree to adhere to the following billing conditions:

  • Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via credit / debit card. Available payment methods may vary based on your location.
  • Pricing and Currency: All prices are quoted in Tunisian Dinar (TND/DT), Euro (€), or Canadian Dollar (CAD). The provider reserves the right to update rates at any time, and changes will be reflected on our platform.
  • Pay-As-You-Go Services: For Pay-As-You-Go services, charges are billed based on actual usage. For every paid operation, an invoice will be generated and payment will be required to proceed.
  • Wallet Option: You may add money to your wallet, which can subsequently be used for the services inside TestoHire.
  • Invoicing and Receipts: Invoices and payment receipts will be generated and made available through your TestoHire account. Users will receive itemized billing statements.
  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. Under exceptional circumstances, the provider may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • Termination of Services: The provider reserves the right to terminate services for users who violate billing terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
  • Billing Complaints: If you have any billing-related complaints, please contact TestoHire customer support promptly. Complaints will be resolved in accordance with our Complaints Management Policy.
  • Changes to Billing Terms: The provider may update these billing terms. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use implies acceptance of the updated terms.
